Deepali Mundra

Deepali Mundra

Born in the beautiful city of Ajmer in Rajasthan, Deepali Mundra developed a liking for the Rajasthani miniature paintings, wall art and the vibrant colours that were used in the making of these marvelous artworks. After completing her schooling she graduated with a Bachelors degree in Fine Arts and continuing her immutable passion for painting, she achieved a Masters degree in Fine Arts from Ajmer University. The inspiration for painting comes to her naturally, which is not based upon preliminary sketches or on preconceived ideas about art. The mood of the artist being the driving force for the base of her artworks, is reflected in her paintings. Deepali Mundra likes to depict spirituality and aestheticism, and the Buddhist and Hindu philosophies are dominant in her works. The artist mesmerizes the viewers by using vibrant colours, ancient script writing style for the backdrop and gentle curves that bring about the details in her paintings.
